摘要
生食的蔬菜水果是大众喜欢的食品,脱水的蔬菜水果也逐渐进入百姓家庭.生食或脱水蔬菜水果的生产大都采用无公害蔬菜水果,尽管减少了蔬菜水果中农药、化肥等污染物质,但因在种植过程中大量采用了农家肥,致使新鲜的蔬菜水果中带有大量微生物包括致病菌,如在生产过程中不加强生产原料以及生产过程的微生物控制以及产品的保鲜,势必会导致产品微生物指标的严重超标,影响产品的质量,影响企业的形象.
Since the disinfectants used in dehydrated vegetables and fruit production itself have certain toxicity nowadays.Moreover, they also can produce organic chloride in the disinfection process,and the sterilization effect is ordinary unstable.And they would have the certain corrosive action to personnel and equipment.So they are substituted gradually by ClO2 disinfectant for effect and security performance better at present on international.In this article,the general status of ClO2 disinfectant was introduced by Du Xiaoming of Beijing Green Pioneer Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.
