摘要
低产液井、斜井、水平井生产动态监测是生产测井领域的难题。斜井、水平井多相流动实验结果表明,不同井斜情况下集流伞的流量频率值均随着液流量的增大而增大;完全水平状态下流量频率值受含水百分比的影响较大,同等流量情况下随着液体中含水百分比的增大先逐渐减小,而后逐渐增大;在井斜或垂直状态下,流量频率值受含水百分比的影响较小,当液流量较大时,流量频率值与液流量呈较好的线性关系;当液流量较小时,随着井斜角的增大,对集流流量计和持水率计的影响会逐渐增加,相比较而言,对持水率计的影响更为严重。井身达到水平时,采用持水率资料计算含水率时误差较大。
It is a difficult problem to inspect production situations under low flowrate, horizontal or deviated wells in production logging field. The Multi-phase flow imitating experiments are made in horizontal and deviated wells. Experiment results show that packer flowrates in different deviated wells increase as liquid increases. Percent of watercut effects flowrate highly in horizontal well. At same liquid rate, flowrate is increscent as percent of watercut increases primarily, and it is decreasing latterly. Percent of watercut has a little effect on flowate in vertical and deviated wells. Flowrate and liquid have better liner relationship in more liquids. The flowrate and water holdup are effected increasingly as deviation angles become bigger in less liquids. Comparatively, the effect of the water holdup is more serious. Error of watercut is bigger calculated with water holdup data from horizontal well.
