摘要
当工艺操作参数波动较大时,尤其是在开工阶段,极易造成稳定塔安全阀起跳。分析了安全阀起跳的原因,认为主要原因是稳定塔负荷过大及稳定塔塔顶温度过高,提出了相应的预防安全阀起跳的工艺控制措施。
The safety valve in the stabilizer tower is liable to jump up when the operation parameters change greatly, especially during the startup. According to the result of the safety valve jumping up, the main reasons are that the stabilizer is over load and the temperature is beyond the limit at the top of the tower. So, some process measures are given to prevent the safety valve jumping up.
