本文指出了企业发展的环境要求,表明了和谐发展是企业发展的基础和前提,指出构建和谐稳定的企业内外部环境符合企业的根本利益、发展关键和效率保证。在上述观点的基础上,详细论述了如何实现企业外部环境和谐和内部环境和谐,如何实现内外和谐的融合以及实现企业乃至社会的最高愿景。
