基于图像处理技术的汽车金卤灯电弧管夹封监控系统的开发

摘要 在汽车金卤灯的生产中,保持放电极间距尺寸的精确性和一致性,是保证金卤灯产品质量的关键。为此提出了一种基于数字图像处理技术的金卤灯电弧管在线监控系统,该系统利用CCD实时获得金卤灯电弧管电极的装配图像,然后运用数字图像处理技术识别出正在装配的电极,并计算出两电极间的距离,然后将此距离和标称值进行比较,得出误差,并转换成调整指令,经计算机串口,发送给交流伺服驱动器,驱动电机控制电极的精确装配。该方法代替了传统的手工测量,有利于实现金卤灯生产过程的自动化。 In the process of manufacturing of automobile metal halide lamp, it's very important to keep the distanoe of two dectrodes. Based on the technology of digital image, it introduces a online monitoring and controlling system for the sealing of automobile metal halide lamp. This system captures the image of tube by CCD, then identifies the assembled poles and measures the distanoe between the poles, calculates the error margin by comparing the distanoe with the normal value, lastly converts it into adjusting instructions and sends out to AC servo driver via serial port. This method substitutes traditional manual measurement and it's in favor of manufacturing of automobile metal halide lamp automatically.
