摘要
结合汽车“四位一体”售后服务模式,提出了基于Web技术的开放式汽车维修服务网络体系模型,研究了该系统的一系列关键技术,实现了汽车远程信息服务和汽车维修服务网络的资源共享,该系统的研究及应用有利于提高中国汽车维修管理信息化水平,也为汽车产品改进设计提供技术支持。
It describes the auto maintenance model of “4S” based on the web service system, proposes the related key technology, resolves some problems about the remote information services and the resource sharing of the maintenance system. This study may enhance the level of service information in enterpri,ses, give a support to reform design.
