摘要
目的:构建大鼠模型证实妊高征可引起心肌细胞受损。方法:采用注射一氧化氮合成酶抑制剂(L-NAME)构建妊高征大鼠模型,电镜下观察心肌细胞超微结构的变化,同时监测血清cTnT、Myo含量的改变。结果:1通过注射L-NAME成功构建妊高征大鼠模型,妊高征组收缩压及尿微量蛋白持续升高,并逐日递增;2电镜下见妊高征孕鼠心肌细胞间质水肿,点状出血;3妊高征孕鼠血清cTnT、Myo均明显高于正常妊娠孕鼠。结论:注射L-NAME是构建妊高征大鼠模型的有效手段,妊高征可引起大鼠模型的心肌细胞损伤。
Objective :To investigate myocardio impairment in PIH. Methods: By injecting L- NAME, we establishedl the rat model of PIH. we then observed the cells of cardiac muscle by electron microscopy, and examined serum cTnT.Myo time. Results ; ①By injecting L-NAME, we estublished the rats model of PIH. The blood pressure and urine protein of PIH rats were rose continually. ②Under the electron microscopy, we discovered that the cells of cardiac muscle of PIH rats were dropsy and bleeding. ③The serum cTnT and Myo of PIH rats were higher than the control. Conclusion: Injecting L-NAME is an effective technique to established the rat model of PIH. The myoeardio impairment exist in PIH for.
