Synthesis of N,N-Diisopropyl Ethanediamine

摘要 N,N-Diisopropylethanoamine was synthesized from diisopropylamine and ethylene oxide,and then chloridized to N,N-diisopropyl-2-aminoethyl chloride,which finally went through amindysis in benzene to(produce) the title product N,N-diisopropyl ethanediamine.In these reactions,the optimum molar ratios were 1.2∶[KG-*3/5]1 for ethylene oxide to diisopropylamine,2∶[KG-*3/5]1 for thionyl chloride to N,N-diisoproylethanoamine,and(12∶[KG-*3/5]1) for ammonia to N,N-diisopropyl-2-aminoethyl chloride,respectively.The suitable reaction time,temperature,and solvent were also discussed.The total yield of 81.4% was obtained for the title product.
