嘧啶核苷高产菌的代谢控制育种策略 被引量:5

摘要 选育嘧啶核苷高产菌是实现发酵法生产胞苷、尿苷的前提。文中分析了枯草芽孢杆菌中嘧啶核苷的生物合成途径及其代谢机制,提出嘧啶核苷高产菌的育种策略:以能大量积累肌苷的枯草芽孢杆菌为出发菌株,胞苷高产菌株在遗传学上应具备CRDAE-、5FCRr、6AUr、3DUr、HAD-等遗传标记,尿苷高产菌株在遗传学上应具备2TUr、6AUr、UP-等遗传标记。 Breeding a high pyrimidine producting srain is the precondition for producting cytidine and uridine by fermentation. This paper analyzes pyrimidine biosynthetic pathway and metabolic mechanism of Bacillus subties. The paper also puts forward the breeding strategy for high yield production of pyrimidine for Bacillus subtilis mutants. With mutant producing isodine as the original strain, high yield mutant producing cytidine should bear genetic mark of CRDAE^- + 5FCR^r + 6AU^r + 3DU^r + HAD^- and uridine should bear 2TU^r + 6AU^r + UP^-.
