The Evaluation Method of the Capability of the Operational Command Counter of Air Defense Forces

作战指挥对抗在未来防空作战中的地位越来越重要,为科学评估防空兵作战指挥对抗能力,对防空兵作战指挥对抗系统进行了全面分析,建立了防空兵作战指挥对抗能力评估指标体系。并利用模糊数学的方法,建立该系统的模糊综合评价模型,从而为综合评估防空兵作战指挥对抗能力提供了一种方法。该方法能使定性描述定量化,客观地反映了防空兵作战指挥对抗能力的真实情况,具有一定的参考价值。

The counter in operational command gets more and more important in future air defense operations. In order to evaluate the capability of the operational command opposition of air defense forces scientifically, this paper establishes a new system of evaluation index based on the analysis of the factors of the system. Based on it, the fuzzy mathematical method is used to establish a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of the counter capability. Accordingly, it provides a method to evaluate the capability of the operational command counter of air defense forces. This method can reflect actual level of the capability by quantifying qualitative analysis.
