摘要
针对某型指控系统鱼雷发射参数装定数字随动系统的独特性和部队装备保障工作的需要,对其控制原理进行分析。从顺序操作式数字随动系统的结构和工作特点入手,研究了其巴克码和格雷码相结合的编码方式、PWM直流电机调速过程、循环查询和程序查询两种查询方式以及对随动系统整个工作过程的校验。分析表明该数字随动系统的参数设定具有较高的准确性、跟踪精度和响应速度,能较好地满足鱼雷攻击作战中的设定准备要求。
Based on the particularity of a numeric servo system in torpedo ejecting parameter loading of the command control system and equipment support to the navy, the command principium of the numeric servo system was analyzed. Starting with the structure and work characteristics, the coding mode - combination of Barker code and Gray code, speed-adjusting process of the DC PWM motor, query mode of cyclic query and program query and verification through the whole process is researched. It is shown that the numeric servo system having higher accurate, tracking accuracy and responding speed is well suitable for the ejecting demand in rival torpedo.
