诱蚊诱卵器在登革热媒介监测中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨诱蚊诱卵器在登革热暴发流行中的监测效果;分析登革热流行与诱蚊诱卵阳性指数的关系.方法按登革热诊断标准进行现场流行病学调查搜索病例,应用诱蚊诱卵器在疫点疫区布放监测蚊虫密度并诱集成蚊,应用TaqMan MGB Real-time PCR检测白纹伊蚊体内登革病毒.结果确认登革热暴发流行后,启动包括应急灭蚊的登革热综合控制措施,成蚊密度即诱蚊诱卵指数控制在4.5~10.3,捕获雌白纹伊蚊未检测出登革病毒;布雷图指数从原来65.2降到10以下,1周后降到5以下.本次流行在应急控制后21d结束,共34例病例.结论登革热暴发流行时,诱蚊诱卵器法可作为应急灭蚊的安全、有效、简便易行的评价方法,尤其在成蚊控制效果评价和捕获成蚊检测带病毒指数上有优势,当诱蚊诱卵阳性指数低于5,是否作为登革热流行控制的域值,尚有待进一步研究. Objective To discuss the effect of the Mosq - ovitrap on vector surveillance, and to find a relationship between dengue fever(DF) prevalence and the Mosqoviptrap Positive Index during dengue fever outbreak. Methods Cases met the criteria for dengue fever were searched by an epidemiologic investigation. Mosquito density was monitored by Mosq - ovitrapes set in the field, and the female adults were collected and admitted for DF virus tested using method of TaqMan MGB Real - time PCR. Results After confirmed dengue fever outbreak with laboratory test and epidemiologic investigation, rapid implementation of dengue fever control protocols with emergency mosquito control measures were applied to limit disease dissemination. The adult mosquito density, Mosq - ovitrap Positive Index was reduced to 4.5 -10.3 compared with 50.8 --61. 0 in untreated community. The test for dengue virus in mosquitoes caught was negative. The Breteau Index was reduced from 65.2 to 5-10 after a week for the emergency treatment. Overall, 34 cases were recorded with initial case on Sep 10, and the outbreak was haled 21days after integrated control measures application. Conclusion The Mosq - ovitrap has shown the safe, efficient and feasible method for vector surveillance, especially for evaluating emergency control programmes and catching adult mosquitoes for virus detection. That Mosq - ovitrap Positive Index is lower than 5 can be as threshold of dengue fever control needs further research.
