摘要
利用OSMA光谱测量方法对Nd:YAG激光烧蚀沉积Y-Ba-Cu-O超导薄膜过程中等离子体发射光谱的研究表明,靶表面喷出的粒子中存在着Y、Ba、Cu原子和离子以及氧化物光谱,其中Cu离子的光谱很少。
Photoluminesceence spectroscopy of Nd: YAG laser-induced piasma Plume during plasma-assisted laser deposition of Y-Ba-Cu-O was performed using an optical multichannel analyzer.The spectrun in the range of 320-610nm was measured.It was found that there were not only rich emission of Y,Y+,Ba.Ba+and Cu but also oxide molecule.The causes were also discussed.
