循环流化床烟气脱硫技术的研究现状 被引量:15

摘要 SO2的减排技术随着其治理的迫切性而全面发展,其中循环流化床烟气脱硫技术(CFB-FGD)尤为受到重视。CFB-FGD适用范围广,经过发展成为适合我国国情的烟气脱硫技术。干法、半干法CFB-FGD具有低成本、低运行费用的优势,高效脱硫剂和蒸汽雾化等技术得到了充分发展,但气固流场的不均匀限制了脱硫效率的提高。高效脱硫反应器需要流场优化的研究,综合提高脱硫能力将推动CFB-FGD技术的进一步发展和应用。 The technology of control SO2 is now comprehensive developing with the urgent demand of environment protection, circulating fluidized bed for flue gas desulfurization(CFB- FGD) is especially admisive. CFB- FGD is widely applied in majority states of SO2 release, and now fits for the situation of our nation after modifications. Dry and halfdry CFB - FGD technologies have more advantages on the low cost and low operation expense, and the studies of high efficiency desulpfurizer and steam atomization have made great progress, but the non - uniformity of gas - solid flow limits the desulfurization efficiency. The study of flow field optimization could improve the desulfurization efficiency and promote the development of CFB - FGD.
