摘要
在系统的指标体系下,基于大量的数据处理,我们对2004年中国区域创新能力做了分析和排名。在这些结果的基础上,我们对各个地区的创新能力及特点、发展趋势做了一些分析,这些分析有助于各个地区针对本地区发展现状制定相关的政策。
Based on systematic regional innovation capability indicator system, this paper gives a scoreboard on database. We also analyze regional innovation patterns and their uniqueness based on their capability score. These sis will help for regional officials and researchers to do further policy related research.
