摘要
R&D知识共享是培养软件企业连续、高效、敏捷的R&D核心能力的基础和保障,在分析阻碍R&D知识共享的成因基础上,从R&D人力资本投资战略、R&D薪酬激励体系设计、R&D绩效考核、员工选聘与培训、知识共享型文化建设等角度提出了促进R&D知识共享的人力资本投资的总体策略安排,并提出了今后有待于进一步研究的问题。
R&D knowledge sharing is the basis of cultivating the R&D core capability that is continuous, efficient,and swift in software enterprises. This article firstly analyzes the reason for counteracting R&D knowledge sharing, then puts forward total human capital investment strategy assignment to promote R&D knowledge sharing from the perspectives of human capital investment strategy, incentive system design of R&D payment, R&D performance evaluation, employee recruitment and training, the construction of knowledge-sharing culture etc. Finally, the paper brings forward some issues needing to be studied further in this field.
