摘要
随着行为科学应用到人力资源管理的各个领域,人力资源管理实践中出现了“行为化”的趋势,关注对行为的识别、评估和塑造。评述了行为化趋势在人力资源管理的几个主要领域中的体现,并提出这种行为化趋势对人力资源管理实践的启示。
A new “behavioral” trend has emerged in human resources management practice with the application of behavioral science. That is, behavior identification, evaluation and modification have been more emphasized on in the process of human resources management. In this article, we discussed the major manifestations of this behavioral trend, and proposed some implications for management practice of this new trend.
