Organizational Structure Selection in Projectized Enterprises

This paper introduces the background and characteristics of projectized organization and non-projectized organization. It analyzes the impeditive effect of traditional organizational structure on non-project-driven enterprises and project-driven enterprises. The paper points out enterprises that conduct project management should transform traditional hierarchy organization into projectized organization and select projectized organizational pattern according to the status of the enterprise. The paper further introduces different projectized structures, pointing out “There＇s no right or wrong projectized structure, but the appropriate and inappropriate one”. Appropriate projectized structure should be selected for the longterm development of the enterprises.
