摘要
分析了企业文书管理的特点,对几种较为流行的公文流转方案作出比较,从而引出基于有向图的柔性公文流转设计思路。根据有向图理论,给出了公文流转信息流的处理模型。该模型可以在保证公文管理安全和高效的同时提供管理者最大的操作灵活性和适用性。
Strengths and weaknesses of several recent document workflow approaches are studied.By analyzing the characteristics of the enterprise document management,a model of flexible document workflow based on directed graph is introduced.The model can offer the most flexibility under the condition that system safety and efficiency are guaranteed.
