摘要
社会发展中的“唯学历”论和人力资源管理中的“人才高消费”现象,必然导致学校的教育方式,人才培养方式和大学生的学习、生活以及思维方式的功利化。与此同时,可持续发展作为一种新的观念和思想,也逐渐被人们所认可和接受。就“人才高消费”的功利化对可持续发展的不利影响,运用成本收益方法分析了“人才高消费”的不可持续性。
The view "only academic credentials" in social development and "talent high consumption" in human resource management must lead to the utilitarian of education way and students' studying way, living way and thinking way. Meanwhile, as a new idea, sustainable development is gradually recognized and accepted by people. According to the adverse effects of utilitarian of "talent high consumption" on sustainable development, non-sustainable of "talent high consumption" is analyzed by cost-benefit analysis.
