摘要
目前,在高校中,大学生的操行评定工作存有一定缺陷。根据人际关系心理学理论,结合高校大学生操行表现实际,提出教师评价、同学评价、自我评价和社会实践评价四结合的评价方法比较客观、公正。大学生操行评定中易出现无反应心理、反抗心理、嫉妒心理和分数敏感等心理现象,应采取化解引导等方法调适。
Currently, in colleges the student's moral conduct assesses have some certain shortcomings. According w to the psychological theory of social relationship and fact of college students' moral conduct, fair and objective assessment methods should eolligate the judgement from teachers, classmates, ego and society. Nonreaction, hostility, envy and remarks-sensitivity are likely to occur in college students' moral conduct assessment. We should help them to adjust themselves.
