三唑类抗真菌药泊沙康唑的临床应用
摘要
泊沙康唑(posaconazole)是新型三唑类抗真菌药,对霉菌和酵母菌具有广谱抗菌活性,且抗菌作用强,对难治性或侵袭性真菌感染有效。本文综述其抗真菌机制、药动学、体内外试验、临床研究、用法用量及药物相互作用。
