摘要 旋转式压缩机的曲轴传递电机扭矩与其上下轴承间的接触压力,摩擦阻力影响到压缩机的起动性能与可靠性,本文通过理论分析、实验数据充分阐述了这一有效降低摩擦阻力与磨耗的技术并通过在旋转式压缩机上的运用效果,说明其对压缩机使用性能与可靠性的重要作用。 Crankshaft in rotary compressor transmits the torque of motor, its contacting pressure and frictional resistance with theupper and lower bearing influence the starting performance and liability of compressor. This article expatiates on the above technology which will effectively decrease the frictional resistance and abrasion wear through theoretical analysis and experimental data, and shows the practical effect on rotary, air-conditionor compressor to explain its importance to compressor' s working performance and liability.
