摘要
门体变形一直是困扰冰箱生产厂家的问题,其变形机理研究也是众多科研工作者的研究热点。本文论述门体变形的研究现状,介绍一种基于有限元研究门体变形的方法,以BD-230为例,利用MSC.MARC有限元软件研究门体变形机理,并成功找到解决冰箱门体变形的方法。试验证明该方法的有效性。
The deformation of freezer door often comes up before refrigerator factories the solution of which becomes a hot research topic of researcher. First, s research background for door deformation and the resolution based on Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is introduced, then it takes BCD-230 as an example, the reason and the solution of deformation is predicted using the software MSC.MARC, at last the experiment demonstrates the availability.
