摘要
2005年,国有商业银行迈入股份制改革的关键之年,频频发生的金融案件应当引发我们对如何改革的更多思考。文章分析了国有商业银行案件频发在组织结构方面的原因,并借鉴先进的银行组织架构模式,通过运用博弈论进行分析和判断,指出国有商业银行通过进行事业部制的组织结构变革控制风险的途径和方法。
2005 is the key year for state-owned commercial banks of China. In this year, we found more and more law cases, which make a great loss to the banks. This paper analyzes the organization structure bug in state-owned commercial banks, which is one reason of so many cases. Then using the game theory to get the conclusion, we should use for reference the advanced organization structure mode in the world to reform our organization structure with enterprise mode in order to control management risk of state-owned commercial banks.
