平衡计分卡自引入中国以来,一直受到经理人的高度关注,很多经理人把平衡计分卡导入本企业,但大部分企业以失败而告终。文章主要探讨平衡计分卡的内涵,适用平衡计分卡的企业的特点,以及使用平衡计分卡的注意事项。
Balanced Scorecard is a good strategy tool and a good performance appraisal tool, Our managers pay more attention to it and bring it into use, but most of enterprises fail to use it, We mainly discuss what is Balanced Scorecard and the characteristic of enterprise who available to Balanced Scorecard and what we should pay more attention to when bring Balanced Scorecard into use.
