纤维体积分数对组合式3D机织复合材料拉伸性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 设计并在一般剑杆织机上试织两种不同结构的组合式3D预制件,采用真空辅助成形工艺分别制作成不同纤维体积分数的两种复合材料,并测试其试样的拉伸性能。结果表明,在增强体经向截面上经纱根数相同、结构相同的情况下,试样的纤维体积比含量(体积分数)对抗拉强度有着较大的影响。随着纤维体积比含量的提高,材料的抗拉强度也有所提高,但纤维含量对不同的织物结构具有不同的影响。 Two structures of combing 3D woven fabrics are woven by using common rapier loom. The composite materials are fabricated by means of VARI ( Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion) process. Tensile behavior of the fabricated composites is measured. It is showed that the fiber volume of those composites can influence longitudinal tensile properties with the same warp number and same structure. Higher fiber volume can make stronger tensile strength, but the different influence of different composites' structures can be produced by that.
