选择40头中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为对照组和试验1、2、3四个组。每头每天分别在各组日粮中加入0g、2g、4g和6g壳聚糖,连续饲喂35d。每周测定一次血清钙、磷和羟脯氨酸的含量。结果奶牛血清钙和羟脯氨酸的含量差异不显著(P>0.05),添加6g/d壳聚糖,血清磷在4周后显著升高(P<0.05)。表明:壳聚糖不影响奶牛血清钙和血清羟脯氨酸的含量。在日粮中添加6g/d壳聚糖4周以后,有利于促进机体对磷的吸收。
Forty Holstein cows were randomly divided into four groups including control and 3 experimental groups. Cows in each group received 0 g, 2 g, 4 g, and 6 g Chitosan per day for 35 days, and the content of serum calcium, phosphorus and hydroxyproline was assayed once a week. The result showed that there was no significant differences in content of serum calcium and hydroxyproline among groups (P〉0. 05), daily supplement of 6 g Chitosan increased the serum phosphorus content after 4 weeks (P〈0. 05), therefore, the addition of Chitosan did not affect the content of serum calcium and hydroxyproline, however, the addition of 6 g Chitosan per day for each cow could enhance the absorption of phosphorus.
