本文综述了影响牧草中矿物质含量的一些因素，包括植物品种，土壤类型、天气状况，收获期以及管理措施等，同时对本研究领域的进展情况作了概括和总结以期对今后研究矿物质的动能有所帮助。

Factors of influencing the forage mineral content, such as grass varieties, soil type, climate condition, harvesting time of forage and cultivation measures etc. were described in the review, meantime, the research progress about forage mineral content and utilization was also summarized to provide the information on the function analysis of minerals in the future.
