On the Choice of Translation Strategies of Flower Culture in Hongloumeng

本文以纽马克的语义翻译论和交际翻译论为理论基础,分析了《红楼梦》的两个译本在花文化翻译中的取舍,探讨了译者的翻译策略与方法的选择,并由翻译目的论分析了两译本翻译策略差异的原因。

Through the theories of semantic translation and communicative translation, this paper analyses the different translating methods of flower culture in Hongloumeng. And from the perspective of skopos theory, it studies the causes of the different choice of translation strategies.
