红参虫草胶囊配合舒血宁治疗糖尿病肾病的研究

Study of Hongshen Chongcao capsule combined with Shuxuening on diabetic nephropathy

目的观察红参虫草胶囊配合舒血宁注射液治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法将52例DN患者随机分为2组:治疗组30例给予红参虫草胶囊口服和舒血宁注射液静点,对照组22例给予黄芪注射液静滴,2组均以14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果疗程结束后治疗组血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、胆固醇、三酰甘油、24 h尿蛋白和血浆黏度等水平明显降低,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红参虫草胶囊配合舒血宁注射液治疗DN疗效较好。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Hongshen Chongcao capsule combined with Shuxuening injection on diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods 52 patients with DN were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients were in treatment group and given Hongshen chongcao capsule and Shuxuening injection by intravenous drip. 22 patients were in control group and given Huangqi injection by intravenous drip. One treatment course was 14 days in the both groups. The curative effect was observed after two treatment courses. Results The levels of blood sugar, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, cholesterol, triacylglycerol, 24 h urine protein and plasma viscosity in treatment group were obviously lowered down. Compared with those in control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Hongshen chongcao capsule combined with Shuxuening injection on DN is better.
