乙烯醋酸共聚体作眼眶内充填物的实验性病理研究

Experimental and pathological study on ethylene viny acetate-copolymen as filler in eye socket

目的探讨乙烯醋酸共聚体(EVA)作眼眶内充填物的可行性。方法以EVA为原料加工成合适大小的充填块,埋置于家兔背部皮下组织和眶骨膜下,分别进行6周和10周的临床和病理学观察。结果EVA与组织相容性好,并有纤维组织生长深入EVA网孔中,埋置于组织内位置稳定。结论EVA为一种经济、有效、实用的整形填充材料。

Objective It is to discuss the feasibility of using ethylene viny acetate-copolymen （EVA） as filler in eye socket. Methods Suitable fillers made with EVA were implanted under back subcutaneous tissue and periosteum of eye socket in rabbits. Six weeks and ten weeks clinical and pathological observations were performed. Results EVA had a good compatibili- ty with tissue, and some fibrous tissue had grown into the mesh of EVA. The fillers＇ place in tissue was stable. Conclusion EVA is an economic, effective and pragmatic plastic filling material.
