摘要
为了公众的健康,从高剂量到低剂量外推来获得安全剂量是一个关键的问题之一.对单一有毒物体的低剂量外推已经取得了一些进展,然而人类不是生活在单一的有毒物体下,而是生活在多种有毒物体的混和物中,因此多维低剂量外推就显得比较重要了.在本文中,我们将给出一个计算多维安全剂量的方法.
From a public health point of view, one of the key issues is that of extrapo-lation from high to low dose so that we can obtain a safe dose by low-dose extrapolation.Extrapolation has acquired some progress for univariate low-dose case. As human areoften exposed to various pollutants, but not only one, multivariate low-dose extrapo-lation is very important. In this article, we give a multivariate low-dose extrapolationmethod to calculate multivariate safe doses.
