摘要
从应用的角度提出全视场噪声等效温差(NETD)的问题,对单元和多元成像系统全视场的噪声等效温差进行了论述,推导了多元成像系统全视场噪声等效温差的关系式,并对应用中的一些问题进行了讨论。
In this paper, the concept of full field NETD is proposed in consideration of IR imaging application. It is described about the full field NETD of an IR imaging system with single-element IR sensor or multi-element IR sensor used. Then, the fomulated expression of the full field NETD is deduced, and some relevant problems are discussed.
