激光诱变微生物的遗传和刺激效应机理及育种研究──ⅡHe—Ne激光对酵母菌的刺激作用 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了He—Ne激光对酿酒酵母菌SaccharomycescerevisiaeAS2.1189的细胞生长刺激效应.在6个剂量中,观察了激光对酵母菌细胞数的消长变化.并且将酵母菌全静息细胞于倒置显微镜上连续3小时辐照,发现可诱发和促使酵母细胞芽殖生长速度加快.说明He—Ne激光对酵母菌细胞的生长有生理刺激作用.同时,还比较了134株辐照菌发酵乙醇的情况。 An efficiency of stimulation of the quantitative variation and the cell fission of Saccharomyces cerevisiae AS 2. 1189 was studied in 6 irradiated time by He-Ne laser. And the production of the ethanol from 134 irradiated strains were analyzed in the meantime. The results discovered that sprout of yeast cell was quickly at speeding on the fertility. A some of among variation strains at the percentage of producing ethanol could increase 6. 3 to 4. 3 under basis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae AS 2. 1189. And others variation strains could decrease 7. 2~10. 7% on the production of alcohol. Therefore, the action of mutagenesis on the ethanol metabolin and the growth and decline variation of yeast cell was influenced by He-Ne laser.
