摘要
中国政府获得了一笔来自日本的气候变化赠款,用来实施风电场运行情况后评估项目,旨在提高中国现有风电场的技术水平和推动风力发电的商业化进程。该项目将由中国可再生能源发展项目办公室管理,并与中国龙源电力集团公司协作实施。项目活动包括:提供安装气象监测和记录设备;收集、分析、解释数据并采取纠正措施;制定标准,信息宣传和能力建设。
China has received a Japanese-funded Climate Change Initiative grant to undertake a pilot wind farm performance mprovement component.The purpose of the activity is to demonstrate improvements to the technical and commercia performance of a limited number of existing wind farms in China. The activity will be managed by the REDP Project Management Office（ PMO ） ,in cooperation with China Long Yuan Power Company（ Long Yuan ）. The work program includes three components supply and installation of meteorological measurement and recording equipment; collection,analysis and interpretation of wind and other meteorological data and taking corrective actions; and benchmarking, dissemination and capacity building.
