摘要
降低设备的维护费用,合理改变定期检修时间间隔是目前比较普遍关注的问题,改变按检修规程进行检修的作法,依水电机组运行小时数为检修策略,在水电机组等值老化曲线的基础上,建立了一个数学模型,目标函数为机组在整个寿命期内获得利润最大,而不是短期的效益最大,并考虑了电力市场的经济因素和水电机组的多种约束条件。由于模型中存在很多随机变量,所以选用蒙特卡洛法求解此模型,详细给出了模型求解步骤,并用灵敏度法进行校验,证明了算法的合理性和可行性。软件应用于太平哨水电厂,为其在电力市场环境下科学安排机组的检修周期提供了一个便利工具。
With the development of power markets, some problems related to the maintenance of equipments have received a broad attention. The common problems are how to reduce the equipment maintenance cost effectively and how to reasonably change the interval between two regular maintenances. This paper presents a mathematical model based on the simulation of the equivalent aging curve for the hydro-units. In this model, the objective function is to maximize the total benefits in the whole life-circle of a unit, rather than to maximize the short-term benefits. Economic factors of the power market and multifold restrictive conditions are taken into account in the model. Due to many random variables existing in the model, Monte Carlo simulation method is employed to solve this model. The details of this approach are explained and its validity and applicability are convinced based on the sensitivity analysis. This model has been used in the Taipingshao hydro station as a useful tool of managing equipment maintenance cycle effectively under the power market environment and has provided some constructive suggestions.
