摘要
本文以神经网络为工具,以电动执行器为研究对象,提出基于自组织竞争型神经网络的电动执行器诊断方法,利用该网络的非线性动态系统辨识能力,通过比较系统预测值和实际参数测量值,达到状态诊断的目的。本系统以VB6.0为开发工具,以SQLServer2000为后台数据库,实现了对电动执行器的智能状态诊断。
This Article advanced a diagnosis method for electric actuator based on self-organizing competitive neural networks. It has enough precision to establish the characteristic parameters of dynamic system by capacity of identification of self-organizing competitive neural networks for nonlinear dynamic system. Through the comparison of predictive model values and real measured parameters, it can realize the aim of fault diagnosis. The system makes use of Visual Basic 6.0 as the tool of exploitation and utilizes SQL Server 2000 as the database. It commendably realizes intelligent Condition-based diagnosis based on electric actuator.
