摘要
试验结果表明:最适合检测食糖含霉菌和酵母菌的培养基为孟加拉红培养基,其次为马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基,最不适合的为高盐察氏培养基。最易检出的稀释度为10-3,最适检出的稀释度范围为:10-2~10-4。
Culture medium was selected for detecting mould and microzyme in sugar. The results showed that the optimal culture medium is the Mengjialahong, the potato-glucose-agar as the second choice, and the hyperhaline-Chashi cannot be as the medium. The three concentrations for easy detecting are 10^-2, 10^-3, 10^-4, but the 10^-3 is as the preferential one.
