基于视觉感兴趣区的图像质量评价方法

A Method of Image Quality Assessment Based on Visual Regions- of- Interest

该文把人眼对图像中的不同区域具有视觉选择特性与客观图像质量评价方法结合起来,提出基于视觉感兴趣区的图像质量评价方法。该方法通过分析影响视觉兴趣性的亮度、灰度、面积等因素,得出不同区域的兴趣性加权系数,对客观图像质量评价方法加以改造。试验证明该方法优于传统的客观评价方法,能较好的符合主观评价结果。

In this paper, a method of image quality assessment based on visual regions-of-interest is proposed, which takes full advantage of human visual interests combined with objective method. In this algorithm, the interest weight numbers of different regions is obtained to modify the objective method through analyzing the factors of influencing visual interest such as brightness, shade of gray, area. In the end, the experiment results prove the method accurate and efficient.
