冷轧电工钢板表面夹杂物的测试分析

Testing and Analysis of Inclusion on Surface of Cold Rolled Electrotechnical Steel Plate

利用金相及扫描电子显微镜等手段对电工钢冷轧薄板表面的线状缺陷进行了三维组织形貌的观察和分析,认为该缺陷是由夹杂物引起的。能谱成分分析表明,此类夹杂物具有A l2O3-C aO-S iO2-M gO的复合成分。

The three-dimensional morphology of linear defects on surface of cold rolled electrotechnical steel plate is observed and analyzed by means of metallographical test and scanning electron microscope. Inclusions are considered to bring the defects. Energy spectrum analysis shows that the inclusions have a compound composition of Al2O3-CaO-SiO2-MgO.
