摘要
介绍了如何应用单片机使温度测控系统中的测量和控制智能化。本系统的核心部件是MSP430F14X单片机。首先建立控温模型,通过硬件的合理配置及用软件选择合适的加热模式,使控制满足模型中不同阶段的要求。系统的采集模块采用了热敏电阻PT100作为测温组件,而控制模块则采用光隔通过控制可控硅的导通与截止,从而控制加热电压的通与断,使控制具有灵敏、可靠、抗干扰能力强等优点。本文重点阐述了系统的硬件构成、各部分的主要作用及系统软件的设计过程。
It studies how to make the measurement and control of temperature of a system automation by a single-chip computer . The core of the system is MSP430F14X single-chip computer. The first is the foundation of a model . Through reasonable equipment of hardware and appropriate selection of heating model by the design of software to make the control meet the demands of different phases of the control model .The collection module of the system uses thermistor PT100 as the element of the temperature measurement , and the control module uses the optical shutter . The heating voltage is controlled by optical shutter . The control has the advantages of sensitive and dependable and strong ability of resisting disturbance . It expounds emphatically the hardware structure of the system, the main function, and the process of the system software design.
