Design of Embedded Network Manager in FOM System

设计的网管软件运行于VxWorks平台,其架构为manager/agent模式,应用中扩展了操作系统的消息结构和定时器机制。按硬件结构划分了任务模块,各任务之间通过消息队列进行通信。实现了本地或者远程的工作模式设置、配置管理、性能监视、故障报警和系统维护等功能。

In this paper, the NM（Network Manager） runs on the well-known embedded OS, VxWorks. And is implemented referring to the message and timer architecture in extended OS. As the model of manager/agent is concerned, the NM system is divided into several task modules according to the hardware. And message quenes are created to communicate between these tasks. Then FOM（Fiber Optical Muldex） system can be configured, monitored and maintained from either local or remote side.
