摘要
文中针对基于TiO2的V-W催化剂,利用氨气作为还原剂的选择性催化还原反应进行动力学研究,分析在某一温度下气体组分(NO、NH3和O2的分压力)对V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂活性的影响.实验结果通过因次表达式进行分析,并得出结论认为反应经历了Eley-Rideal (ER)机理,即来自气相的(或物理吸附的)NO和吸附在催化剂表面活性位的NH3进行反应.
In this work,a Kinetic study of the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3 has been carried out in an effort to analyze the effects of the gas composition (NO, NH3 and O2 partial pressures)on the catalytic activity of V2O5-WO3/TiO2.The experimental results were analyzed using a power-law expression.On the basis of the values of the coefficient of the power-law expression, it can be concluded that the reaction proceeds via a mechanism in which NO reacts from the gas phase with adsorbed NH3.A detailed Kinetic expression derived from this mechanism fits the experimental data accurately, thereby validating the mechanism proposed.
