摘要
借助自制的色阶管,根据用目测比色法检测出的样品色度值、样品要达到的色度值和所用酱油的色度值较准确计算出酱色的用量,使酱油色度调配一次性达标。
Using the self -regulating chroma tubes , according to the chroma number of the sample which tested by visual colorimetry,the standard chroma number that the sample should reach and the chroma number of the caramel used , We can calculate out the consumption of the caramel more accurately , then make the chromacontrol of soy sauce reach the standard once only.
