我国政府重大突发事件预警管理的现状和完善研究

Government′s Early-warning Management of Important Sporadic Event and Ways of Improvement

重大突发事件的频频发生,已经引起我国政府的高度重视,对重大突发事件的有效预警管理成为政府当前需要解决的重要课题。本文对我国重大突发事件的不良影响和扩散以及我国政府目前重大突发事件预警管理的现状进行了问卷调查与实地访谈,并提出了改进我国政府重大突发事件预警管理的相关建议。

The increasing occurrence of Important Sporadic Event (SISE) has aroused governments′ high attention, and for the Chinese government, it is important and urgent to research efficient Early-warning management. The paper is based on the project 'Research on the Chinese Government′s Early-warning Management Mode of Society Important Sporadic Event', which is supported by the national society science fund committee. After discussing the bad impact of SISE and reasons for its spreading, the paper analyzes the Chinese government′s early-warning management of SISE, so as to find problems and give solutions for the reference of governments in decision making.
