摘要
制备了一种新型中空结构的行波压电电机,其定子外径62 mm,内径30 mm,高45 mm,质量约200 g。定子正面由齿单元构成,背面与P4压电材料粘接。定子采用(0,9)振动模式,在电压有效值为60 V、频率40.2 kHz下其空载转速为28 r/min,最大输出载荷0.07 Nm。中空结构的压电电机主要用于对图像的聚焦调节、伺服阀控制或其他需要将被执行机构置于电机内部等场合。
This paper proposes a novel structural traveling wave piezoelectric motor with a hollow body. Its outer diameter is Ф62 mm, with inner diameter of Ф30mm, thickness of 45 mm, and weight of 200 g. One side of the stator has teeth and the other side is bonded with P4 piezoelectric material. (0,9)mode is stimulated inside the stator. Under 60 V driving voltage and 40.2 kHz resonant frequency, its velocity free of load is 28 r/min and maximum output load is 0.07 N·m. This motor may be used in image focusing, valve control, and any other fields, in which the load should be put inside the motor.
