摘要
利用AT-切厚度振动模式的压电石英晶体振子,和当今晶体滤波器设计中最为常用的格型网络———差接桥型电路,成功设计研制了“LST-15MHz型”讯号双路平衡输入、输入/输出阻抗不对称两节差接桥型电路分立式带通滤波器新品种。它具有在-55^+85°C工作环境温度范围内、工作频率15 MHz时,中心频率偏差≤200 Hz、矩形系数≤2.5的特性。
Using AT cut thickness oscillate mode piezoelectric quartz resonator and the normal crossed network for the crystal filter. A LST-15 MHz filter was designed, which has two channel message balance input, input/output resistance dissymmetry, two stage bridge circuit segregate net of band pass. In the operation temperature is in the range of -55- +85℃, when the operation frequency is 15 MHz, the shift of center frequency is less than 200 Hz, the rectangle coefficient is less than 2.5.
