摘要
企业文化是企业竞争力的重要构成要素,对企业竞争力有重要影响作用。如果不考虑制度性因素对国有企业企业文化的影响,通过企业文化推动竞争力的发展可以被单纯地看作是一个组织学习的问题而从管理的角度加以解决,组织学习是建立企业文化与企业竞争力良性互动的有效手段。
The organization cuhure is an important role of the capacities, it has great affection for the capacities. Stand on the management, the capacities can be developed by the organization culture through the way of organization study without to take the institutions into account. The is an effective method in founding co - development of organization culture and capacities.
