摘要
目的 研究浙南汉族人群18号染色体上三个STR位点D18S865、D18S1364和D18S535的遗传多态性分布,获得相 应的群体遗传学数据。方法 应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)及银染显带技术对浙南地区汉族184 名无关个体的D18S865、D18S1364和D18S535位点进行分型。结果 D18S865观察到6个等位基因及17种基因型,D18S1364观 察到9个等位基因及35种基因型,D18s535观察到8个等位基因及29种基因型,多态性分布都符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。各 基因座的杂合度(H)分别为:0.723、0.848、0.783;多态性信息含量(PIC):0.72、0.81、0.79。结论 三个STR基因座具有较高杂 合度和多态性信息含量,在遗传学研究和法医学应用中有较高的价值。
Objective: To investigate genetic polymorphism of D18S865, D18S1364 and D18S535 in South Zhejiang Han population. Methods: Population studies on D18S865,D18S1364 and D18S535 were carried out in a sample of 184 unrelated South Zhejiang Han individuals using PCR followed by PAGE and silver stain detection. Results : 6,9 , 8 alleles and 17,35,29 genotypes of D18S865, D18S1364 , D18S535 were respectively observed among the 184 unrelated individuals. The genotype frequency match the Hardy- Weinberg equilibrium, The heterozygotes(H) in D18S865, D18S1364 and D18S535 were 0.723,0. 848,0. 783, polymorphism information content(PIC) were 0.72,0.81,0.79 respectively. Conclusion: D18S865,D18S1364 and D18S535 had high heterozygotes and polymorphism information content, so the three loci can be used in genetic researches and in forensic medicine.
